Strawberry Shortcake

strawberry-shortcake

Recently I stumbled across an interesting recipe for strawberry shortcake fudge.  How could I resist trying it out?  After a bit of tweaking –especially on the crust — Nudge Shoppe’s strawberry shortcake because a reality.  We debuted it at Christmas at the Expo where it sold out, and are pleased to add it to our online shop.  This is also available crustless, or what we simply refer to as strawberry.  Hehe.

Rolospiration

Earlier this week, my mom gave me a container of mini rolos. I was eager to try these in a fudge and found a few turtle fudge recipes. Unfortunately, a few days later when I wanted to make some thank you fudge for colleagues, I hadn’t been to the store for pecans, and I didn’t want to go either.

So, I figured I’d try my own thing. And while I was just mixing up some ingredients I experimented with the chocolate base, too. The result was this rolo and marshmallow fudge.

A Girl Scout’s Favorite Fudge

If you’re like Natalie, you live for Girl Scout cookie season for one reason: thin mints.

This seasonal, premium fudge is the result of the marriage between creamy white chocolate and a sleeve of thin mints. One of our more time-consuming and delicate creations, you’ll wish every season was thin mint season.

Chocolate Loves Peanut Butter

photo.jpg

People often like to mix and match their fudge.  Our most popular combination?  Chocolate and peanut butter!

Creamy Chocolate
Our creamy chocolate is a sweet halfway between old-fashioned fudge and modern variations.  A little bit sweet, a little bit milky, this flavor will satisfy your chocolate craving.  We recommend storing this product in a cool, dry location.

Peanut Butter
This is Natalie’s favorite fudge.  It is the one fudge that she cannot keep in the house because she will eat it.  All of it.  In an hour.  This treat is perfectly creamy, perfectly peanut buttery, and melts in your mouth.  If you would like to donate your purchase of this fudge to Natalie, she will accept!  This product stores well in the refrigerator.
